We replaced the dishwasher a few weeks ago......guess what was a HUGE hit??!! The box has been one of the favorite toys of all times!!

Hawaii Bound!!

We are heading back to Hawaii next year (2011)!! Completely excited - because it will be a Hawaiian cruise of the islands!!

We booked a balcony room - it's going to be awesome!! Now just have to finish paying it off!!

No it's not snowing in Illinois in April......today anyway!! I'm still trying to get caught up!!

Let me take you through one dog and his stick journey....well a one stick journey for tonight anyway!

Swim lessons finally start back up!

March brought back swim lessons for the first time since October!

There was a law passed that all public pools had to upgrade their drains to avoid children from being "sucked" up next to the drain and drowning.
.
So - the Galesburg pool was upgraded - and they thought the pool would only be closed for the month of November........well - November turned into December turned into January turned into February........finally opened back up in March!

Haley was again Amie's instructor - Amie is doing better with her holding breath & going under water. She's also doing pretty good at holding the float and floating on her back.... still not very strong with swimming strokes or treading.....but we're heading in the correct direction!


She's also doing better at going down the slide - not completely - but better!

Here she is closer to my side of the pool! She's completely under water!!

She absolutely LOVE swimming! Now if I can just get her to listen better in the locker room!!
